Made an updated guide!

It doesn't include wings or shading yet, but I plan to actually talk through some of the information a bit, refine my sketches, and as well provide more variation examples and tips. It ain't perfect, and I'll still leave this here for those who like this, but check it out if ya haven't already yet.

I will not understand why they chose to use this in the Brony Documentary "Bronies : The Extremely Unexpected Adult Fans of My Little Pony" as I found it a touch out-of-place, but it was still awesome to be contacted by Michael Brockhoff for my permission and release form signature to have it used.

I'm really happy to be able to contribute, even if small, to this Documentary and I quite like how it turned out, Daniel Richard's story is personally my favorite because, although it was due to Asperger, it still represented the majority of people who are also shy as well as the 'difficulty to socialize' is a common trait of these two. To see him overcome it thanks to the help of My Little Pony and friendly bronies is very inspirational~

Note - I draw the proportions / style in 'my' way usually but I'll try and make sure to include relatively-show-accurate examples. Nevertheless, if you take the general idea of placement and such, it should hopefully help you to draw better and find you're own style a bit easier.

I may occasionally post some new studies/notes on Ponies and General Drawing stuff, you can check them out in my gallery folder here - dshou.deviantart.com/gallery/3... or when I submit them to the MLP-ATG-Alumni tutorial folder.

I may also go into the other creatures of the MLP universe, but anywhere beyond won't be posted in the group folder.
