Its pretty cute and the Robot master iceman is one of my favorites :3

It is by Team Nekokan, a j-rock group that has made several megaman themed songs in the past!
You may also know them from "I Can't Defeat Airman" and "No Rest Until Complete" both megaman themed songs.
The song and video itself are all fanmade, they are not endorsed or licensed by CAPCOM as far as I know, and I guess
in that regard it's not really canon. BUT it's a cute song none-the-less!
