Description Kazu and Peter, two of the only "nice" Heartless (all Mushroom Heartless, aside from Black Fungus, are completely pacifistic, and they will help Sora if he uses the correct magic for them. They refuse to hurt him). They travel from world to world together, looking for Kazu's sister.
Peter was a small child from Atlantica, but his heart was stolen when the Heartless invaded. He became a small Sea Neon, and he met Kazu when she was at Atlantica in her attempt to find her sister.
The most Peter can do to harm anyone while out of water is splash them a little with water from the bubble around his head.

I dunno, I wanted to do something with these two. <3

Ah Kingdom Hearts, I love your story and characters but it's just a shame that the Disney elements and the forgettable game play made me stop playing halfway through two. A shame and a disappointment but I'll always remember you Kingdom Hearts.

Oh my God, thank you so much mate. I love the game personally, but I definitely understand that it isn't for everyone. The series' lore gets pretty complicated, which is what turns some people off, but I won't hate someone for not liking the series. If you ever want to get back into the series, though, I got your back.

Thanks! I loved Kingdom Hearts 1 but halfway through 2 I started becoming aware of the confusing mess of a story that it was throwing at me. That was the major problem, the other two were the fact that the combat needed some tightening and that the Disney elements just... didn't fit with the rest of the game. I'm not a fan of the Final Fantasy series (In fact, with the exception of 7, I hate the series) but if they had cut out Disney and fixed up the combat. They could've renamed it to "Final Fantasy: Kingdom Hearts" and release it as an expanded universe and I would've been all over it.

The biggest thing about Kingdom Hearts is that it mostly is Disney. Without it, the game/series has very little else. Traverse Town, Destiny Islands, and The End of the World are pretty much the only places that aren't Disney related in the first game, but they all have Disney concepts within them. Hell, even within Traverse Town, there's a Disney World -- The Hundred Acre Wood (in the book in Merlin's Study, but the pages/areas are optional to collect throughout the game). The point is to have Final Fantasy mixed with Disney but still have original gameplay, that's the entire point of half the series. Yes, in 2/II, Re:/Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days, and other games like that, they have the Nobodies and those aren't from FF or Disney, but they add to the entire lore of both the FF games, and the Disney canon (Disney execs have talked about KH before in positive lights). Heartless are also pretty badass, in my opinion.
The combat, yes, is a low point, but it isn't completely broken and it isn't the lowest point by any stretch (in fact, most believe that the lowest point is the Gummi Ship flying, which I also personally love). The lock-on feature is definitely overused, which can get annoying, but it's generally good combat, and I genuinely prefer it over FF's turn-based combat system. There weren't many FF characters in the first game to begin with (Tidus, Selphie, Wakka, Leon, Yuffie, Sid, and Aerith are the only ones, I believe) and I think that was the perfect amount of characters to add from the FF universe, especially for just the first game.
While it does get confusing, I believe this video will at least clear up some things about the series' lore, story, and all other things like that.

You're welcome! I love that video, thought I'd share the love with you as well. Nostalgia is the best in these kinds of situations, eh?
