Actually this was a pic I did for my 40,000th pageview on another site, but to not post it here wouldn't be fair. xD....Drawing them as dogs is so much easier, I feel like I am cheating. xD

No, what I'm talking about was a TV series by Fox Kids. If you type 'Saban Oliver Twist' in YouTube, you'll find some videos, but be careful - some of them aren't in English...

Oh I know all about Disney's kitty version of "Oliver", but I asked that because I drew Luke as a dog here, so I thought you meant there was also an Oliver dog out there somewhere. x3

If I remember right, I sketched it in Photoshop using a tablet, inked it in OpenCanvas, and colored it back in Photoshop again.
