Eevee is crying because when a magical girl transforms into her magical form (first time), usually her friend/boyfriend/family/or the girl herself was hurt by "the fiend", so she transforms in order to protect them.
That's why I made Eevee to have a "I'll never forgive you because you hurt ___!" -facial expression

Awesome work! I've been seeing your art for a while, but only just now got to actually find out who made them.
