Wow, this is soooo late. Lol. But luckily here, in the eastern standard time zone, it's not exactly Monday yet. It's just near midnight, but still counts as Sunday.

I wanted to do a little piece in honor of Easter Sunday. Though for most people it's a day about a bunny that hides eggs and chocolates for people to find (Don't wanna know how he gets those eggs and chocolate....).

But for us Christians, this is a day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It was after 3 days that he rose. Three days prior, he was beaten and hung upon a cross and he died for the sins of the world.

This is what Easter means to me and my fellow believers. It is the time we remember Jesus and what he did for mankind. Those words that he said on the cross will always reflect the true meaning of what he did.

"Father, forgive them. For they know not on what they do."

Jesus rising from the grave further solidified his teachings. He gave us forgiveness and a way out of death, into eternal life with him and the Father.
