I wish there were some good tutorials on them, because teeth are just something I cannot draw!

aww that's really flattering but i'm nowhere near good enough to make a tutorial!! my advice is to just draw from references over and over again!! i find that i tend to doodle a lot of mouths and gnashing teeth (because it's really satisfying for some reason haha) but there's no real method i use. i have found that the less detail, the better though if that makes sense because that's when they start looking really creepy! XD
