Wow! Cool! From far away, I thought it was a world-map illustration of sorts, but up close and I was even further impressed! Love the Velociraptor and Pteranodons! They really add to the scale of things. And of course the grandeur of the setting is breathtaking!

That wasn't a crater. It's most likely a blue hole, a cave formed in the Ice Age that has filled with seawater since the end of Ice Age, hence the name "Blue Hole."

Not to impose my opinion or anything, but it does look a lot like a volcanic island crater. A real life example would be something like Molokini which is in Hawaii. Though, frozen glaciers can also leave huge holes on a landscape. I guess my main point is that even though it is a good depiction of a blue hole, it does look similar to other geographical features.
Though, it is a beautiful piece of art, so good job! XD
