This is a part of C&C (actually a bit smaller, about 80% of real size). Made by 6-8 persons from our russian B5 fan community (including Kaly as a chief designer and fitter).
The C&C looked like that - cs315917.vk.me/v315917313/7f0c… (background in window is a rear projection of a shorthrow projector). It was made for Starcon 2013 (sci-fi fan convention), then we used it for EveryCon.
