Absolutely breathtaking. I really did stop breathing for just a moment. I can only imagine what it would be like to be there.

This temple is truly magnificent. It was built in the 16th century and it has over 1400 unique carved marble pillars. It's truly out of this world. You ought to visit India at some point of your life. You'll be moved!

Thank you! And I intend to visit India--hopefully within the next 10 years! I wouldn't want to leave this earth without seeing true artisan craftsmanship in architecture like this.

Not many beautiful things exist like this or are made like this anymore; time is money, and everything must be made to maximize profit. So, it saddens me that art is so thoughtlessly replaced by greed in modern society.

That's great that you have a goal to visit India or Asia for that matter. The whole continent has so much to offer that you would want to go back again and again to visit what you missed out the first time around. This particular Jain temple that you see is one of many, I repeat, many representation of beautiful craftsmanship when it comes to architecture.Ā

You're right, we're living in a decaying society that is slowly deteriorating :-\ It is sad indeed but as long as some places still exist and not commercialized then just take advantage to do your best! Shame on profit by the way! Ā

Agreed! My parents went to India a few years back, and they were floored with all of the many different things to see and do there. I wish that I went with them. I'm considering backpacking through it when I do. I feel like that's the best way to see as much as possible. That, and staying for more than a week. It seems like a week gruels by any other time than when you're having fun.
But I thank you for all of your kind words! Your work will continue to inspire me to see more of these great places! :3
