It's been quite hectic at the work right after the new year and I haven't got much juice to draw. I have several projects running simultaneously and quite a lot of responsibilities accompanied with them.But that's that, I've been wondering how Sachiko and her pregnancy is doing lately. I gotta make her give birth soon in the future so that I can make more sporty pose practices which wouldn't look too fetishistic...^^'
The due date is drawing closer day by day. She is resting on a couch, probably feeling a bit nauseated, maybe having a headache and definitely having some shoulder and back pain. Sachiko is sporty-type person and wants to move a lot, so she isn't so happy when she can't do what her nature calls for.
She has given birth once already to Sayuri and Shoji, who are also featured in the pic, so she knew what to expect. Her younger sister Sayaka reminds her of that. Now she swears this will be her last time giving birth and she will also take breast reduction surgery as soon as breastfeeding period is over.
But now's the time to speculate how many babies she will churn out this time around. Twins again? Triplets even? Quadruplets might be a bit too far fetched. In case of multiples, are they all boys or girls, or both boys and girls?
Will this be her last pregnancy? That's very likely, she might face some financial troubles otherwise. Will it be a safe delivery or will there be some drama ahead?
Also, will she go for the breast reduction surgery? No running and jumping with those boobies, so she might be serious.

Say it isn't so! Sachiko looks incredible with those boobs and incredible pregnant! Her husband has to step up his game and make her feel the best about her body, because her body is amazing!
I hope she has triplets, but her belly looks more like twins. And I'd hope she'd have either another boy and girl, or two boys and a really spunky daughter.
Also, I hope this isn't her last pregnancy. Staying active has it's drawbacks and this looks like one of those scenes where she totally proves herself wrong down the road.
And you totally can go jumping and running with boobs like that. In fact, it's way more interesting and rewarding. I know plenty of people that complain about such stuff, but never about the impacts that has on their sex life. Hypocrisy has varying levels of good and bad just like everything else. And I think people need to embrace their bodies and their nature in all its ways.

Sachiko needs to give birth soon in order to get herself ready for swimsuit season. She will obviously need swollen parts until her babies are grown enough to be weened... so I'm predicting some smaller waists with swollen chests in about 3 to 4 months. 2nd prediction will be an interesting one: I predict 2 boys and an albino girl for Kohana to relate to.

Breast reduction, yes. When they're too big, they get in the way and are unconfortable. Especially when you sleep.
I like theri expressions, and I missed your OCs.
The only thing that bugs me are the two children. They feel older than their age (how old are them? two?, their posture feel more like three and half or even four).
There will be twins again? Some women are genetically prone to have twins in more, if not all their pregnancy. Where I live I heard about a woman that had twins, then triplets and then twins again. In those cases twins etc tend to be dizygotic.
But the belly suggests me that this time is just one.

I'm sure Sachiko would definitely prefer having smaller breasts. If she has macromastia, she might be forced to get the surgery sooner or later.

The belly size indicates nothing in my drawings, I'm not good at keeping consistency between the drawings (and I also don't want to go overboard with these drawings).

In reality even in RL the belly size doesn't always say anything about the number of children. Some women don't develop a belly at all (they even have periods monthly, even if they're pregnant, but this is rare).
Some women get large belly and carry just one child.
My mum had little belly, both for me (I was a normal sized baby) and for my brother (a small sized baby).
