Gumroad is an online digital marketplace. I've bought digital bases and brushes from other artists on there. 
I haven't looked into how it works in depth, but it's a way to get around having to do direct PayPal transactions with people.

Oof I don't like to ask this kind of questions but can I buy the base and then trace the lines? I can't use psd files and I like those lines so much and I always give credit especially to my favourite artists(like you)
