Your style is so romantic and beautiful. The colors and arrangement of this one are particularly stunning. If you have never encountered "Fantomina" by Eliza Haywood, or "The Bloody Chamber" by Angela Carter (all short stories), I recommend them as sources of inspiration. If you decided to draw the characters/scenes in them, I think you would do a magnificient job!
