warmth and cold, two hearts and souls connected to each other, lonesome travellers in this harsh but yet beautiful, nearly mythical world of ice, stone and snow. it's all in there and much more - thank you for this dream, this journey. all the paths you walked together are so much more than the one you couldn't share any more.

Greenland and Iceland are both my favorite places because of one season, it's always winter there. And personally I like being out in the cold along with trudging in the snow/walking in the snow. Either way this reminds me of the good times of when Winter was around. But I can't wait for christmas though (started listening to Christmas music by the way on June 1st until New Year's Day in 2018/2019/2020 plus).

Sad story ... lead to a breathtaking image. It has so much archetypical nearly mythical. Light and ice look surely sacred here. Awesome.Β
Thank you very much for sharing.Β

I appreciate your thoughts so much! You're already SOOO amazing at epic, huge landscapes filed by greatness and oh, all those details!Β
Now I'm trying to catch up with landscapes, I Β am just so stupidly inspired by magical Iceland <3333

Nature is ever so inspiring! Artists who travel a lot, learn a lot. The more we see on our journeys the more we can create. Please do more landscapes. They are so fascinating! <3 And thank you for your wonderful compliment. *_* Let's travel together!

I've been in Arctic so many times and all I remember intensively is... light. Because it's so scarce during it's natural season so we end paying more attention to primordial nature forces which is the sky and raw earth.
Aww! Honestly, landscapes are actually hard to paint. Even harder than characters/creatures, because I feel like if you mark brush wrongly or add too much details, or add unnecessary rock, it can totally kill composition, perspective and the feeling of depth! VERY easily! Also I noticed landscapes, pros use a lot of "sharp" edges to define them, so often accidental textures... well, do magic and it's best to just leave them, without too much rendering on top of them.

Glad you think that. Arctic is unpleasantly cold but touch of light is just... makes to forget about horrible coldness. When it's gone, it feels even colder. Horrible.
