I didn't care much for Spider-man 2099 before Shattered Dimensions, but after that I feel he earned a spot among the pantheon of cyber heroes. I put a lot of time into this painting so I hope that peeps like it.Originally the pic was just supposed to have Batman and Spidey in it, but I realized that those costumes are both skin tight bodysuit-ish and to cover the bases another form of suit should be included: enter Ironman.
I don't know if he could move as fast as the others, but the strength and intelligence Tony Stark brings would more than make up for it.

I got that question a lot at the Philadelphia con. I don't really know what to say besides I never got to into the character. The Version in the movies currently is more visually interesting anyway. What do u think?Β

I agree. But I just thought that would more suitable because of the future theme.
I don't know much about Iron Man 2099 either. Just that it's the grandson of Anthony Stark.
But if this was about 3 factions, I would put in another character instead of Iron Man. I think that Spidey 2099 and Iron Man would team up against Bats.

Though, honestly. I think that Spidey 2099 would win. Not because I love Spidey more, (I actually love Bats and Spidey equally. Batman was the first TAS I saw on TV and Spider Man was the first comic I read) but it's more about the time-shift. Bats future is like 2045 at the most.Β
And Spidey 2099 has a more high-tech Suit than Batman. If it were Batman 2099... Then I think Bats would win. Superior brain beats brawn force.Β
But 2099 has claws that can cut through metal and fangs with poison. I think that would be the winning blows.Β
2099's Speed also surpasses the speed of the original so and I think the original is fast enough with his spider-sense to hit Flash, because Spidey can hit Quick Silver that is at least as fast.
So 2099 is the winner, in my opinion. But that's just my opinion.

My bet's on Spidey 2099: his claws could easily tear through Stark's armor.
...As for what he could do to the armor-less Terry... Let's say he wouldn't scar him on purpose.

Terry's suit isn't just a skin tight suit. It's a lightweight nano-microfiber armor power suit with built in features like Stealth Mode, wrist shooting batdart launchers (which can explode, shock a foe, or deliver a tranquilizer), and most importantly of all, it has neuromuscular amplification (meaning Terry's strength, speed, and endurance are increased by several thousand percent). The suit by itself has been shown to rip open the door of a bank vault and punch it's way through solid stone.

Yeah, most people I ask tend to say Batman would win. I think that If Spider-man 2099 had Spider-sense he would still be a match, but he doesn't. His eyes and ears are enhanced to the point that he can see in the dark perfectly (bad for Batman), see people from very far away, moving objects look clear to him and not like a blur as they do to us, and he can hear people from across a field or through walls. None of this defends from batman sneaking up behind him, however.Β
As far as his suit goes he wears an indestructible costume of unstable molecule fabric with air-foil that allows gliding, but Batman can fly. Still, most people will agree that Spider-man is faster and stronger than Batman b/c Batman is a great man, but still just a man. Like you said, however, that suit that can do some amazing things.Β

Also, Iron Man's suit is a fucking arsenal so, yeah, Batman and Spiderman may have their work cut out for them there.

This looks excellent, you really did a great job on this. I'm on the same boat as you with 2099 Spider-man. I didn't really care/or know about him until I played Shattered Dimensions, and now I like him.
I choose, Batman Beyond.
