loss 4 hours of sleep and sleep only for 4 hours

activities between 6:30 and 19:00
Accounting class 3 hours strait
Health and random english class
Subway sandwich for lunch
Venti Iced Cafe Mocha at 14:21 to go with studing my Business Law textbook, study for exam 1
Exam done at 17:30
Shop for groceries

Home at 19:20

calculating at 21:08

awake for 14 hours and 38 min already
average person needs 8 hours of sleep
so 8+4 = 12
so I need 12 hours of sleep today to the next day

to able to sleep normally
as in a normal schedule
on a normal schedule a average person should stay awake for 16 hours and get 8 hour of sleep

I got less than two hours
so must sleep at 22:34
I should wake up at 8:34 but I may new extra so I put an alarm at 12

Which makes another 3 hrs and 26 min of sleep extra

so 12 hours and 26 mins of sleep to wake up at 12:00

(I may not be accurate, lack of sleep)
