This definitely catches the eye! It's intriguing yet repulsive-for those who have an especially keen aversion to this sort of thing-and makes you want to just look. I love how sinuous the liquid latex (I think? Can't tell entirely)looks mixed with the sinuous pose. Great!

thank you for the feedback, i really appreciate it! yes it is liquid latex (i should put that in the artist comments) i love working with it though it was a new (and all too weird) experience covering my entire face. this shot does not show too much of the original concept, the hooks pulling away from the face, but it was the most aesthetically appealing shot...i was glad to revisit the images and find one i did like; we may come back and try it again after we develop the idea some more...we'll see. thanks again

This is real good, though somewhat I feel that something's holding it back from really shining. The details are awesome, but somehow I just can't feel it. Like there's something off about it. Maybe you could show us this in colored?

hahaha it is certainly worse in color. the wall behind is a deep red, so i had to play with values a bit. i'll see what i can do.
