I finally find out how to make some decent speech bubbles with Gimp, as well as find some pretty awesome af text for me to use for the lettering and this is what I waste my first time on?? Note, why are you such trash?? I'M SORRY not sorry

Yeah, so i'm not much of a gamer (I get motion sickness real easily because I am WEAK), so I just watched some people play the game instead, and I just so happened to find myself watching one on Outlast: Whistleblower, and uh, yeah...I have a new fave...he's a problematic asshat but I can't help but like this dude, okay?? I think I honestly have a thing for big strong peeps with undercuts; first it was Percival, then it was Buddy, and now it's unfortunately Eddie

-First thing's first: the background is awful, I know! (I got lazy, as per usual), but other than that I had a blast drawing Eddie! I didn't have a good reference for his vest, and when I did, it was too late, but everything else went smoothly for the most part. I tried to draw Waylon, but that can be any one of Ed's victims if you don't prefer my take on him since I could do so much better. I also drew lil marks on his chest since he ran away before Eddie could perform surgery on him, so there's a bit of background for y'all who are confused as heck!

(For more context: Eddie's basically one of the escaped patients running around in the asylum who wants to find himself a bride but since all the people at the asylum are dudes he tries to make his victims, including the protagonist, into women; but most of the time he just kills them after they try to run away from him or they die from blood loss because Ed doesn't know what he's doing really)

-Main reason as to why I messed around with the text bubbles/and new text in the first place is because i'm just really bad at actually drawing the bubbles themselves, and my handwriting just sucks in general. So yeah, that's my brief explanation on the subject at hand. The bubble in the first panel still has some of the original bubble I drew in its bottom half since I haven't learned how to shape the bubble without the tools, so i'm still learning!
-As for the text, i'm gonna tell y'all what it is since no one told me and I went through heaven and hell looking for it after I found out that my original choice: 'classic comic' cost money; it's called Anime Ace! c:
