Me no good at how speak well at people
I have trouble talking to people since I get my words jumbled up a lot, so it takes me a while to actually get out what I'm saying; doing so on-the-fly can get complicated, so I have to think about what I want to say before I say it
...
And usually, the result is the person I'm talking to having to take a moment to process what I'm actually trying to say, which can get awkward
In short, I would most likely fail at extemporaneous speaking
