In Pokemon Emerald, Steven claims he would climb waterfall to find rare rocks an stones, and befittingly, you can find and challenge him to a battle at Meteor Falls.

I have always had this head canon that when looking for rocks, Steven would strip off his expensive suit so that it wouldn't get dirty. After a day of hard work, he had dug up quite a heap of rare gems but his hot body was now covered in dirt and sweat. Therefore, he decided to use the nearby waterfall to wash his body and go for a cool skinny dipping. And the trainer had gotta arrived and challenge Steven when he was walking out of the water, completely butt naked. I think I'm gonna draw that in the future
