Nice to see Thorin with his harp. He's holding very oddly if he's playing it. I suppose he could be holding it like a lyre if he doesn't have somewhere to sit down. Typically, a small harp of that shape is placed on the lap or a stool and both hands are used to play, with the strings in a line pointing forwards.
