I have Photoshop CS2, How do you get the Brush Settings up?

Click the little circle/arrow by where it says brushes on the right hand side, and a drop down menu should come up. Click 'Brush presets' and play with your brush all you like ^-^

a tablet is pretty much a touch screen that you have a special pen that is able to draw on it. So it's a way better substitute for a mouse!
