The Doctor: (after telling Ellie and Carl about the miscarriage)... I'm sorry...
Ellie: *heartbreaking*(slowly hides her face and sobs *and even cries* in her hands, after hearing from the doctor (feels sorry for Ellie too), that she had a miscarriage and she probably can't have children anymore)
Carl: (fells the pain of Ellie too)
