The pose coloring and dude are just great. I like the attention to detail. Such detail those nails made me shudder. XD (has a weird thing about nails)

Cool, I like how you did a coloring style that's really shiney and then a flat coloring style.

Awwwwww, I love this so much! You've made him look so slick and badass.
Really nice job on the pistol. I know you said that you drew MM from memory, but what about the gun?

...Man, the way you drew his eyebrows...and his goatee...That is really wild, man. And you've done such a fabulous job with his physique! Slim and trim, but full of little wrinkles. And those padded shoulders are sharp, eh!

And the colors are fabulous. Really nice with the markers, especially for being pretty new with them. Looks like you managed to get really smooth coating in the large areas, instead of banding.

Um...If you want a critique, I would just say to pay attention that you keep your light source consistent, because it's indistinct in this where he's actually being lit from. So...That's something to think about, in the future.

Thanks so much for this trade! I adore this picture!

Thanks yes, MM and the gun.. were from straight memory. I've draw a few handguns before and i just kept thinking how how the chamber comes out so with them basics i just came up with how the rest looks. so im sure its not quite near what that sort of gun looks like. but close i guess.

Yeah id figure his suit would have the old style padded shoulders. also yeah i had fun with his face, i remebered it well enough to get him right. Phew. But yeah i totally wanted to draw how scrawny he was but in my sorta way.

Yeah that green part i used a new marker that i've never USED BEFORE EVER! so i didn't know how well it blended so i kept going OVER AND OVER AND OVER it. agianagainandagain.. and finally after i just said to my self to "STOP!"... i let it dry and it all smoothed out. jeez im a tard.

yeah i wasn't really pay attention to the light areas as well as i should have. thank you!

glad you liked it!

Hmmm...(gives a comment critique due to lack of a subscription)

This is a nice piece of art, very good colors for something done traditionally instead of using digital coloring software. The posing is good and the design is interesting, with the long nails, cigarette and Derringer/revolver, and slicked back hair, making this character appear to be either a villian or a cool cat.

I have no real complaints with this piece though it would have been cool to include a smoke effect for the cigarette (and possibly the gun)

Thank you for the Steller comment. Yeah hes a coolcat and a villain sometimes. depends on the day and if the moneys right!

BUT their is a smoke effect, i used a french gray but it was running so its really light so the scanner didn't quite pick it up.

Ahh, I see, well I couldn't see it so I assumed it wasn't there, I don't have much experience traditionally coloring due to the lack of coloring materials at my disposal...

wow, it looked like i did it with photoshop? thats wild. nope this was totally done with markers, except the lettering.

but thank you, yeah his nails are long, because he doesn't care about keeping up with those sort of things it seems.
