Probably could have. First of all, too much hair at the top. She's starting to have more of a thin oval for her head.

Also, to critique the dress, try to pull up the pants. We Vietnamese don't have it that low. We should see the skin on the side. That's the usual, just for a heads up.

Lastly, unless she is extremely tall, try to shorten the dress. The skirt shouldn't touch the ground. That's usually how it works. Other than that, it's not bad. The clouds could use a little softening, but it's fine. Nice.
