Description
First of all, I must say I'm so happy with this picture. I've been wanting to draw my dragon Ahron for such a long time now :')Btw the title is kind of a word play, refering to both melting ice down and the actual meaning(s) of the word meltdown.
I tried a lot of colour combinations here, and this one was my favourite. I need more practice with colours and composition!
Anyway, I really hope you like this pic! <3

The lining, the shading, the color choices-- excellent
The only constructive criticism I'd give is maybe do some more specific shading, like adding in reflected light and sculpting the volumes by finding the core of each shape. More like what you did in the tail-- that is awesome

I almost forgotten to comment on this wonderful piece of yours. Once again your color and shading has amaze me again. I do love the lovely background that you have going on. It really brings that magical touch. Ahron himself and drawn well too. He really brings everything together!
