I love the fan-theory that Tar-Miriel is the Witch-King of Angmar. So here's my take on that. I fully blame tumblr and all the amazing Tolkien artists on there for my sudden foray into fanart. I don't know how long it will last, but I'm going with it for now.Pencil crayon on gray-tone paper with pen and white acrylic.
