A request/gift thing for someone :3Regarding Celestin and Koroken QuinnI would just like to make it clear that these characters are not to be used under any circumstance. Meaning no art (or fanart) of any kind including either of these two in any shape or form. (And no, I do not want to give them up, trade, sell, etc.)
Also... as of now, I am not drawing any buizels nor any floatzels.
