Fourth R.Ice dragon adopt
She is slightly themed after the song Memories by Within Temptation
And heck yes, dragons can have tattoos, too
This one's a slightly rarer variation of R.Ice dragon, with slightly different colored horns, spikes and strangely-shaped stripes.
