  Blah di blah... all the stuff I originally said on the first piece in this photo sequence. And I know this view of the torso isn't exactly exhilarating. That's hardly surprising because I was bluffing my way through the work on this side of everything. When I began sculpting only a front view of it had really been designed, and I knew there would be extra parts tacked on later that I had no proper parameters for yet.

  Now, let's move on from that. I have something of project consequence to say here.

For the moment, there's an open invitation on suggestions for a little something I can change about the small of his back. Those triangular end caps look silly to me, but by the time I'd built up enough of the area around them to realize it I could no longer cleanly remove them or work in that tight space well enough to really replace them. (I think it's between 1 1/2" and 2" from the bottom of the thorax to the pelvis there). They'd be largely covered up by a motorcycle wheel, but it's the principle of the thing... and to be honest I may never be able to include said wheel properly. If any of you know how color change or some minor sculpting could help all that look a little less 'Mecha-Wolverine' I'd be grateful for the help.

  His butt clearly needs work too but I have material to start from with that, and specific needs because of an as-yet unsculpted design element that will be placed nearby.
