Marvel’s lineup has changed so much over the last couple of years, that I don’t even know what book “old” Beast is in these days. Last I read, he was a part of the Inhumans, but that was before the big Inhumans vs. X-Men crossover (which I didn’t bother to read).Related content

That is a very nice Beast piece!
Hank still has the 'Big Gorilla' Beast form he got in All-New, and has been out of the books for a bit, which is good considering the character sabotage that's he has gone through under various writers recently. I understand he is coming back in an Avengers book during Legacy.

THanks for the information! So I guess furry Beast is just kind of in limbo right now and, for all intents and purposes, young Beast is THE main Marvel Universe Beast for the time being. I'm cool with that, as long as they don't completely forget about the older Hank McCoy. So, I guess Iceman is the only character from the O5 to have two versions of himself in the same timeline right now.
As for young Hank's tampering in magic and mysticism, I'm a bit on the fence about that. I guess it depends on where they ultimately go with it. I don't want to see Beast abandoning science completely and becoming another Dr. Strange type.

Even after all these years, I still hate cat-Beast. Fortunately, that gigantic misstep has been behind us for almost half a decade now. I'm actually really a big fan of Beast's current look. It's basically his original furry form, just with a more modern hairstyle.

Yeah, I kind of imagined him to be deep in thought and possible thinking of something that he regrets or just in a generally melancholy mood. It doesn't seem like Marvel gives "old" Beast much to smile about these days. Thanks!

Unfortunately, Disney filed a copyright claim against my last Beast t-shirt design and forced TeePublic to take it down, so I don't think I could get away with posting another one on that site without getting my account deleted. Otherwise, I agree, this would be a cool t-shirt.
