This is stellar! Really, the boxiness of the fish is quite neat! The color choice is beautiful...really bring you into the fantasy/surreal.

I LOVE the color choice on this! Beautiful work on your lighting and shadows. Fantastic detail work on your hair! I also really like the painted scales on the fish at the bottom. It adds nice texture to your lil creatures. The one thing that thwos me off a little to this piece is that your bubbles look too potato like. What I mean by that is... they're not lovely perfect circles. They're rendered beautifully, don't get me wrong. But it would be stronger if they were a little more circular and less wobbly.
Well.. Hmm. Looking at it more. Its a surreal piece, and it appears as if your character is under surreal water. So the bubbles are moving. The outer edge just feels like its got some harsh angles to it. And I know that happens with hand painting. Its hard to get that perfect curve.
Anyway, enough from me and your bubbles. lol. I am really taken by your color choice and the beautiful your character turned out.

Hahaha I see what you mean by "potato" I got super lazy with the bubbles XD;
I just realized that I could have made them perfect using the hard round brush and just making a dot...lol I'm slow xD;;;;

No worries. They still look really nice. I was thinking the circle marquee tool and then just coloring inside it. But they might be TOO perfect for what you're going for, yanno?
