Description
OK. This is NOT a political work - this is hommage to Neven JovanoviΔ's sci-fi story "The Only Thing I Feel".The plot is settled in 2050, in a world where USSR won in Cold War.
Logically, Europe (as well as the rest of the world) is under domination of USSR, and is united in Union of Soviet European Republics - pandane of EU that we have today.
This work should represent how the flag of USER would look like.

If you cannot edit the animation by adding the credits, it would be enough to give them in the properties of the submission on DA.

Oh, and just a hint - you used Russian anthem for your animation instead of Soviet. I don't know if it was your artistic intention?

Well... I don't think there are many choices when imagining Soviet EU's insignia - that is, if you insist on merging Soviet and EU's flag.
You should check v.2 of this submission - I think you would find even more similarities between your work and mine.

Oh ya. It does. Your right, there aren't manny choices when it comes to merging the Soviet and EU flags. However, I do like the star tracing in the top center. That, I think, gives it more character
