I think you only need a prepaid or credit card to pay things on PayPal though. I'm kinda busy right now but if you decide to go through the PayPal troubles I'll make one for you. I can also do customs as long as they are simple Price range is 8-15€ + shipping

do you know how much shipping would be to australia? and how about to england?
im going to england over christmas and i might be able to order one from there, since shipping wouldnt be as much or take as long, im guessing. ive figured you're from europe somewhere, since you said the price in euros. also how long do you think it would take from ordering to arriving?

I'm from Slovenia, a tiny country in the EU. From what I see on our Post offices' website the price for shipping to other EU countries and worldwide aren't different. The prices are calculated based on the weight of the thing one is sending (+50c / 0.65AUD for the envelope).
Anyways last month I sent two letters, one needlefelt to Germany and one embroidery to US. The letter to USA was 4€ / 6AUD because it was was sent as a registered mail, meaning they checked it when shipping and when arriving. If a mail like this gets lost the reciever might get a refund, but I don't know how since it hasn't happened to me. The letter to Germany was a 'normal one' and it was 1.80€ / 2.7AUD. They both needed two weeks to arrive because that depends when the planes (ships?) for a specific country that's not on our continent leave.
So you'd need to pick one option from those (a cheap letter or a more safe one) but I think shipping to England or Australia wouldn't make much a difference.

And honestly, it'd probably be quicker shipping to England just because the post around here is terribly slow, haha.

Sorry I'm a bit late...
It might be faster shipping around England itself, but for how long will you be there (and when)? Do you have a person (or a hotel staff) in England that could ship the letter to your Australian adress if it misses you? If you pay for the more expensive one it will hopefully ship back to me if nobody picks it up there. I think the odds of a mail getting lost are really small though

Yeah I have family there and will be staying at a house address, so that's no problem. It's for all of December and the first week in January.
I may end up just ordering it for here, to avoid hassle. 
Btw, is the only paying method PayPal?

Well I could make a commission widget on DA for you (since that is the only way to transfer points to money) but then DA would take 20% from us.
With PayPal you only need a credit or prepaid card to pay though. Or you could ask someone that already has an account to pay for you and give them money (I have a neighbor that I used to ask all the time)

Of course the final price would depend on what kind of needle-felt you want. For a fox like this I'd ask for roughly 1700 points if I'm correct in calculations (about 12€ (the fox was about 7cm big) + cheap shipping + 20%). But you'd be overpaying it because DA needs to get some money (the 20%) when you use a commission widget. And if you only donated the points to me it would be pretty much useless since I can't convert them to money that way
I understand your mom, mine is the same but I have my own card now (obviously)

She said yes, but was a bit reluctant about setting up a PayPal, but sort of thought it might be a good idea anyway.

It is alright, but I'm wondering how will it be with shipping then because let's say you and your mom pay me in late December, meaning I ship the comission to you in late December. There is no way it would get to England in time, so I guess I'll have to ship to your Australian address?
Anyways, I better get to work now so I'll just have to ship the pluhsie when I make it. So you have to tell me exactly what do you want? A fox exactly like this one? Do I change anything in the design? Or do you want anything custom made?

Okay so with the cheap shipping it would be 22AUD and with the expensive one 25AUD.

I just went over our entire conversation and saw that I forgot to mention that the plushie is only about 7cm tall, I hope it's the size you imagined it to be. And it's made out of wool. If you'd want a bigger one it would increase the shipping cost

For the payment: When your mom makes the PayPal account send me a note with the e-mail address she used in PayPal, and I will send her a payment request
