Sorry I haven't got back to you so quickly I have been caught up in other things To answer your question it is a mix of 2 or 3 renders done in Carrara (like poser) then mixed in Gimp

Whoa!! This is cool!!
It looks like a 3D render of all the organs in the body!
My only suggestion is to add a few shadows both inside and outside the body to give a better sense of depth to the internal structures and outer form.
Otherwise this is awesome!!
