It's Fran! From Final Fantasy 12! My Gawd her outfit is so hard to do...hence the lazy colouring. And I said I would never cell shade again! Oh well.

Her head and her hair look great...the hair flows nice and natural...the part i find troubling is her body...she looks like she has only one arm and looks contorted in unusual angles in her chest and legs...try giving her a more relaxed pose next time...try this, get in front a large mirror and get into a similar pose that is a bit more comfortable while still looking graceful and powerful like this character...hope this helps...

This piece of artwork is so wonderfull. THE shading on it was really good and despite the authors comment that he/or she did a bad job on coloring I think she did an awsome job. The pose was well thought out and the sketching was great.
