Aww, I know how you feel. The reboot had got me upset (I mean, I feel like they demoted Dick!) but you know, I really don't think Dick was ever comfortable with being in Bruce's spot. Plus, I can't wait to see how Damian and Bruce will interact. As long as Dick comes back to visit from time to time, I'm fine.

Very nice. It's not them starting that makes me sad, it's Dick no longer being the main adult in Damian's life. I think the two of them had such an amazing relationship going.
I'm sure Damian and Bruce will having a wonderful one too, though.

At first I was distraught at the shake up, but I feel more optamistic now...I mean Dick was never going to be Batman forever, right? And now he's got Dick AND Bruce and that can only be a good thing to me....don't disappoint me in September please, DC! :'I

That... is a very good point. I'm just scared that they won't take full advantage of all the growth he did with Dick, and their relationship (which I find a bit more father-son-ly than Bruce and Damian's, which was always more about teacher and student and responsibility than family to me.)
But I'm being really harsh on the reboot because of Oracle. My sister introduced me to comics when I was young, then got stuck in a wheelchair for years, and Oracle just getting rebooted away breaks my heart. I'm calm enough to see that I can't hold that against the entire reboot. *hugs Bruce* I'm glad we'll get to see him and Damian getting to know each other more, I hope.
