My character for Numb-reon 's Pokemon Story.Name: Raika
Species: Raichu
Gender: Male
Role: the "outsider" who is trying to find answers
Group: Noxsu's
Personal Details: Raika is a Raichu that during evolution something went wrong. The result was he became a Raichu, but is still mostly colored like a pikachu, besides his feet and belly. He wants to know why, and he was banished from his homeland because he was too different. He joined Noxsu's group for the reason of becoming stronger, so he can prove to himself that he's no different from any of the raichu.
