Nice. Looks pretty close to the photo. You've got a good sense for textures such as the fur and the barks too. The lightign in the eyes is perfect. Your texhnique is already worked out really well. I think the next step for you might be to get away from the photos and work a little more with your imagination to create truly original scenes.

Hold up. I thought this was a photograph at first! O_o You are incredibly good at digital painting. Just looking at the fine details in the squirrel, I can see that halo effect of lighter fur around him. That is beautiful right there. And the bark on the tree! I can't even tell it's drawn. What is this sorcery?!
