Im happy with this pic because I wasn't lazy in doing the background this time haha so I actually drew it in with the picture OH and I made the cool moving thing behind the windows of the sub train as well ^^

I just used motion blur in photoshop.
first I put random dots of different color down then go to filter > Blur > Motion blur ^^
