Happy Birthday !Technically this is an owed artwork, but I also tried to time it so it could be a birthday present.
This is her OC, Romania. Romania is younger here and thus wearing an outfit that shows when she represented the province of Wallachia prior to becoming Romania. It's Emma's 18th birthday, so go wish her a wonderful day!

I really love how her hair has been shaded here along the shine, that with that in her eyes which you've always seemed to have an awesome nack with. You nailed her expression as well.
I really like how you simplified the costume she's wearing as well whilst definitely keeping the tradtional element to it true.
