a quick drawing done for absolutely no reason… literally, i was bored so i used a random pokémon generator to choose something to draw. then decided to make the numel shiny for some reasonagain, this was very quick, so sorry if some parts of it look really messy
i don't do this kind of style often, so don't be too harsh on me haha
