I liked the idea of a small flashback to show that Mario took his role as the "big brother" seriously from a super young age. It's been stated time and time again that they are twins, but the "older bro" thing seems to confuse a lot of peeps. Minutes apart still counts as being the older sibling *isatwinherself*
