As soon as Shego landed with her boat, she ran to a hospital as fast as she could, no matter how many people stared at her, no matter how many people called to the police, she just ran to save her, to save Kim.

5 hours later Kim finally opened her eyes but was still feeling a bit dizzy. The first thing she saw was Shego sleeping and holding her hand. She was wearing different clothes, probably because the old ones were covered in blood. She had on light green pants and a same colored T-shirt. Kim smiled and said: "Wake up Shego, I'm awake too."
Shego raised her head, and her eyes grew large. She quickly went to get something from a closet. She brought Kim a pair of clothes.
"Put these on, I wont peek." Shego said as she turned around and stood there. Kim changed her clothes and told Shego that she could turn around now.
Shego checked if Kim was okay, and said: "You sure you're ok, KP? You sure look a bit woozy standin' up like this." That being said Kim did fall down, but the green beauty got her just before landing on the hard floor. "I told you!" Shego said and Kim grinned sheepishly. Shego helped Kim back on the bed and held her in a sitting position.
"Kim, now that you're awake, I need to tell you something." Shego said and sighed. "You know.. The buf- I mean Ron.. When we were leaving the island, he said some things.. and he helped us get away." Kim looked confused and asked: "Well.. Where is he now?" Shego had a painful look on her face when she told her the cold fact: "At the bottom of the ocean." Kim gasped, as a tear fell on her cheek. She was now trembling a bit, her face was pale. Shego thought that it was just from the shock, but in an instant she started to gasp air faster, and her wounds started to bleed. In a second, a nurse burst in and pushed Shego aside. Shego was taken out of the room, she did fight against though, a doctor got a bad scratch in his arm.
Shego was dragged to the waiting room and pushed to a chair, and she was given some water. She waited. And waited. And waited. After about 20 minutes, she was let in again. Kim was still pale, she had bandages in her leg, and she looked exhausted. Shego rushed to her and she bombed Kim with questions.
"What the hell happened!? Will you be alright? Is it serious!?"
Kim giggled a bit as she answered. "Okay, I had some sort of shock, and it made my insides turn around- not literally of course!!"She said quickly as she saw Shego's expression.
"I'm going to be just fine, and it's not serious."
Shego sighed in relief.
"If you'd have died I would've come just behind you, pumpkin."
"I sort of guessed th--!!"
Kim's sentence was stopped by Shego's kiss on her cheek.
Kim didn't feel the same way as she had a few days ago, when she had heard that Shego, her number one rival loved her. She was actually kind of happy. Kim took her hand on Shego's cheek, as Shego gripped Kim's hand, and said three words.
Shego didn't seem surprised at all.
"I love you too, princess. It's not a surprise really, with my looks you know?"
Then Kim grabbed Shego's face and pulled her to their very first kiss. Passionate, yet somewhat awkward.
