There's an interesting play of colours here, the blue of the magician's robe complementing the sky to a certain extent, mirroring it a little, but also giving a sharp contrast with the orange-brown of the grassland and the dragon's wings. Nice!

I love the clouds and the way you left the rough brush strokes. The title really changes any assumptions I would make when looking at the figures. This is definitely something.
