So much for Daphne's vacation down under. Two guys were stealing treasure from an underwater wreck and pretending to be ghosts so they could scare people off. When making their move, they saw Daphne swimming around and wondered why she wasn't scared by the recent sightings. They did ask and it turned out she hadn't heard about the ghost. They were tying her up when this conversation took place, of course. They just left her below deck with the treasure until they get to their hideout, and she really has no way to contact her friends.
