I wouldn't be surprised if she does have a portal gun in one of her cupboards. Or her mane. Would also explain her movement.
Lovely lighting and atmosphere, lighthearted and silly in a good way. I particularly like the impressively straight and nearly fold-free dress (Pinkie can do it!). Well done.
