(resubmitted as a wallpaper)Wanted to try something different, something close and personal. She's such a lovely girl.....Its the longing that pulls you in.
Done in painter 9 and ps7, Im still not happy with the hair but I just had to quit i think I redid her hair 15 times. I hope you like it.

Hair is my bloody baine, I hate doing it and I can never seem to find a consistent method for doing it. I have tried so many different methods that I forget which ones work hehe. The hair I do on one piece will be wonderful then I'll turn around and on my next one it will suck. Its like I have a hair mind block lol.

All the 3d poser artists pretty much paint their own hair, and VERY convincingly too - u should find out their methods. I myself just get out the 1 pixel brush and go crazy!
