Paigeeworld is a website! An art website, but muuuuuch simpler and lower level than dA. I usually post my DTAs there.

Oh, did you have an adblocker extension on? Because that site reeeeeally dislikes adblockers ;; It sometimes does that to my pc as well even though I have no adblock... It might help turning off your adblock or put the site in whitelist.
If it still doesn't work, I'm afraid I can't help--it's a collab dta, so I can't just let people join via dA
