Very nice! I like his facial expression, the softness of the shading on his skin, and the fluffiness of his hat. I also like the way you've done the leaves in the background; it's interesting, with lots of colors and overlapping going on, but it doesn't distract from the focus of the picture, which is the cute guy lol. The gradual fading from left to right is a nice touch, too ^^.
